Key duties of the Sustainable & Healthy Buildings Analyst include preparing, maintaining, and submitting green building certification documentation, analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities for streamlining documentation, leading regular LEED/Contractor check-in calls and design-phase calls, conducting material and submittal reviews to ensure alignment with project sustainability goals, and performing calculations to demonstrate project performance in areas such as water use reduction and construction waste diversion.
