Drone footage reveals significant progress on the concrete superstructure, suggesting the project remains on schedule. Construction began in September 2024. David Westwater, Managing Director for Scotland at Artisan Real Estate, expressed enthusiasm over the advancements, predicting notable structural developments in the coming six months. Gary Holmes, Regional Managing Director at GRAHAM Building North, underscored the project’s role in addressing the high demand for student housing and revitalizing a previously vacant site in Glasgow.
