My strategies involve leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and sustainability in our projects. We aim to expand our market portfolio by exploring new sectors and integrating innovative building techniques. Additionally, fostering a robust team culture and focusing on continuous development is key to achieving our goals.

You’ve delivered over $2.8 billion in projects in New York City. Could you highlight a few of those projects and your role in them?

Some of the significant projects include the restoration of the Orchard Beach Pavilion and renovations of Carnegie libraries. Each project has unique challenges, from logistical constraints to specific client requirements. My role often involves overseeing the project’s life cycle, ensuring that we meet our high standards for timely and quality delivery.
