Nestled between Lexington Road and Lakewood Hills Senior Village, the development is set to break ground in late spring of 2026, with the first residential units expected to welcome occupants by 2027. Envisioned as a dynamic community hub, the project will feature approximately 600 housing units alongside retail and commercial areas tailored for diverse needs, spanning food and beverage, entertainment, and fitness. The initial phase of construction will focus on the arts and entertainment sector along Barnett Shoals Road, seamlessly integrating residential and commercial spaces. While specific commercial tenants remain under wraps, the vision is clear: to build a community that feels both cohesive and eclectic, catering to a wide demographic while enhancing the local fabric with thoughtfully designed environments.
