After three weeks of strikes and picketing, Washington state carpenters have agreed to a tentative agreement with the Associated General Contractors of Washington that includes a 15.43% total wage and benefits increase in a three-year contract.
The Northwest Carpenters Union’s 28,000 members now are voting on the agreement through 6 p.m. on Oct. 11, with the results to be made public shortly after.
