Lendlease moved into its new global headquarters, Tower Three of the 277,200-sm International Towers Sydney in the Sydney, Australia, suburb of Barangaroo. These towers are in the process of becoming the first buildings certified under the International WELL Building Institute’s Core and Shell health and wellness standard. Tower Three is shooting for Platinum, IWBI’s highest certification level.
Moving into Tower Three was the culmination of a two-year wellness effort that began with Lendlease launching its Health & Well-being Framework in 2014 to support its employees’ physical and mental well-being.
